We use EN 41b Materials Stainless Steel Materials to manufacture this product. Deepness of nitrading layer is between 0.5mm to 0.55mm. The Hardness of nitrading varies between 68 to 70 rock well hardness. Nitrading brittleness is greater than or equal to grade 1. We provide the special treatment of carbide coating on screw flight and bimetallic barrel. It also has the screw straight tolerance of 0.015mm/minute with the surface roughness RA 0.4 μm.
