Quality Control

The responsibilities of a quality control executive are as follows:
– Research the requirements, quality and features of products
– Understand customers’ needs
– Embrace quality standards
– Read design drawings, give data related to materials
– Check the quality of input materials, eliminate defective materials in the production process
– Test product samples to ensure output quality
– Propose improvement and remedy plans if the product does not meet quality standard
– Check product profile information to ensure accuracy, quality and production situation in time
– Monitor and ensure the production process always meets hygiene and safety requirements
– Inspect production machinery and equipment
– Directly manage documents related to purchase, sale, acceptance
– Make a report of nonconformities occurring during the inspection
– Make corrective and preventive reports during production and inspection
– Report on work related to quality management tasks

Job Timing: 9 to 7
Experience: 1 to 3 years
